Prices

All prices are per day and apartment for the defined number of persons, excluisve of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee.

End-of stay cleaning

The final cleaning per stay is as follows:
Apart 1: € 250.00
Apart 2: € 170.00
Apart Hermann: € 150.00
Farmhouse: € 250.00

Included services

Prices include bed linen, sheets, covers, towels and free use of our wellness oasis. Towels are changed once per week. Two parking lots right next to the house are available per apartment. Further facilities include a ski storage room with boot-dryer.

Resort tax

The resort tax of € 3.50 all year round will be charged separately per person and day. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4.00 pm / check-out until 10.00 am.

Pets

Pets are allowed only on prior arrangement (extra charge).

Smoking

The entire apartment house is a non-smoking area! We kindly ask you to enjoy cigarettes only outdoors - either on the balcony or in front of the house.

The general cancellation terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

• 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
• 1 week prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
